No documentation on how to quote block of text without any formatting

I am trying to quote terminal output as-is, meaning i do not want the issue editor to render any quotes or other special characters in any special way - just raw text.

There is no documentation on how to do that. I tried:

Using backticks around the whole block

Using backticks for each line

Using backticks for each line with newlines in between

Using backslashes before any special character

Wrapping any special character in curly braces

Using double backslashes before any special character

Wrapping any special character in backticks

Using triple single quotes around the whole block

Using triple tildes around the whole block

It all doesn't work. Either this is a bug or this is not supported or not well documented. Please advise.
