Transfer Repository UI user validation

I had tried, for a few days, to transfer some repositories from another user to myself (Bitbucket Cloud). However, I used my e-mail address for the transfer when referring to "repository owner", which seems reasonable given e-mail is the only method to respond to a repository transfer.

When hitting transfer, nothing happened (no feedback, "can't find user"). I thought that maybe it was just taking the e-mail a while to send from Atlassian. I read through the documentation, and had not realized that it was user name and not e-mail address alias that should be used. After a few days I figured it out. However, there should really be an account lookup feature similar to user management under roles for the repository equally applicable to repository transfers.
