As an admin I would like to be able to retrieve the public SSH key of my team members

Team admins would like to be able to see (and also retrieve via API) SSH keys of their team members.

Customers have mentioned this would be useful for the following reasons:

• Users could then authenticate on their ssh servers using the key fetched from Bitbucket, this would help a lot with the integration.
• In some companies users may have to strictly follow some security standard on their SSH key. Admins would like to verify that the company-specific key is used by their team members.
