Unable to revert pull requests

Certain pull requests when hitting the "Revert" button will not revert and throw:

"The pull request could not be reverted for the following reasons:
An unknown error occurred. Contact Bitbucket Support and provide the code XXXXXXX"

There seems to be a conflict issue/bug that prevents the revert
