Able to magically Push without a Password

This has been brought up by several people running different OSes.

It would be super helpful to publish some documentation on this. For myself and others, we're able to push to a new repository with a password. For myself, I went so far as to explicitly log out of Bitbucket, quit Chrome completely, and walk away for 10 minutes. After that, I was still able to push.

It is a litter creepy. I have the feeling it is a feature not a bug, but some explanation rather than just closing the tickets of various folks would go a long way for others like me that Googled the issue and find older tickets from this year like BCLOUD-7493
