Provide a way for builds to link to artifacts created

I have a pipeline that creates artifacts and posts them as additional build statuses. As such, I often find myself needing to navigate from the Pipelines log page to the build statuses for the commit, via the commit page.

The extra click is annoying, because in my head the extra statuses are strongly related to the pipeline, so ideally I'd like a way to view all build statuses from the log page.
