Pipelines doesn't load if your system clock is set incorrectly

Investigation by @markadams-atl :

It's because the JS checks an expiration timestamp in the auth token to see if it should renew. It creates an infinite loop of renewals

Could we embed server time in the page and derive clock drift on page load to compensate?
