User cannot close issue opened by admin

Hi, I hope I'm missing something obvious here, but: I am using the free bitbucket account, with 4 users in my repo. I am the admin of the repo.

If I open an issue in the tracker and assign it to, say, user A, he can:

• create other issues
• comment on that issue
• close its own issues

...but cannot close/resolve the issue I created.

Is this the expected behavior? Can I change it? Am I doing something wrong?
