Mirror pull requests from Cloud to Server

Hi
My company was using Cloud for a longer time and now we're migrating few repos to Server. Comments in pull request are valuable to our devs.

Is there any way to mirror pull requests?

Instructions from https://www.atlassian.com/git/articles/pull-request-proficiency-fetching-abilities-unlocked doesn't seem to work.

Any chance the Cloud team could send us pull-requests folder from the Cloud location so we could copy to our Server instance?
