i tried everything i could get from the issues previously reported but nothing worked..

install_bitbucket("Grantlab/bio3d", subdir="ver_devel/bio3d/")

Installation failed: Failed to connect to bitbucket.org port 443: Connection refused

i keep getting the same error!!
how can i rectfiy this ? my works been stopped
