Merge Pull Request Commit message, does not display the full commit message.

When a Pull Request is created there will be a list of commit messages. Upon clicking merge, a pop up is shown with a field "Commit Message".

This field does not load all of the commit messages to be merged. It just shows the commit message along with the PR title. Upon changing the merge strategy to "Squash", the commit message field loads all of the commit messages. Changing the merge strategy back to merge commit, removes the commit messages from the "commit message field."

However, when merge is clicked and a line is removed from the commit message field, changing the merge strategy to squash/merge does not load anything in the commit message field.
