Transfer pending notification does not get cleared even if transfer is completed.

When a repository is transferred to another account successfully, on the new account there will be a notification mentioning that there is a transfer pending.

In Repository Settings >> Repository Details >> Transfer or Delete Repository, we can only see the option to Revoke the transfer.

Even though the transfer was completed, it still shows as transfer is pending.
