New issue is missing breadcrumb

When creating new issue breadcrumb for issue in user/repo/issue is missing, if you don't know what breadcrumb is, in fact you don't even show the title of issue that you're looking at, which explains how issues don't show up unless you go level deeper/branch (basically topic).

It is the first result for autocomplete, and I'd like to be able to navigate to issues from there.
