Command duration is incorrect for hung commands

When the last command hangs and outputs no logs, the duration shown is misleading.
This is due to the duration only being calculated up until the last log was generated.

Command durations are calculated based on the interval between log line uploads. For commands that dont log, or take time to complete, this can cause durations to not correctly reflect the actual command runtime.
