Optimize PR (Pull Request) tab title for differentiation

With multiple tabs open, it's difficult to tell which is which.

The tabs would be much more useful if the order of elements was reversed.

So instead of

project > repo > Pull Request #n TITLE — Bitbucket

it was something like

#n TITLE — project > repo > Pull Request — Bitbucket
