Changing case of letters in Team ID

When I try to capitalize the name of my team at https://bitbucket.org/account/user/TEAM_NAME/username/change/ I receive an error message "An account with that name already exists.".
So I have to rename it to some meaningless name at first, and then rename to proper name.
(When I tried this at github it allowed such rename.)
