Allow the wide navigation on the left to be collapsed to just icons

The current version of BitBucket (with the new revamped UI) does not allow the over-sized navigation bar to be collapsed, unlike the older UI.

In the old UI, you could click on << in the bottom right of the navigation menu to collapse the menu to only the icons of each item in the list.

In the new UI, there is no such way to do this, making it difficult to use the site with lower resolutions on desktop, or non-standard resolutions.

Adding this feature back in should be easy (seeing as it was in the site before), and would be greatly appreciated.
