Better search capability in 'Pull requests'

Typing an issue # in the 'Search' text box in the upper right corner of the web page sometimes works and sometimes doesn't. Apparently, all the pull requests in the current "view" (Open, Merged or Declined) have to first be loaded up to ensure that the Search always works the first time. To load up all the requests, I have to either scroll and/or page all the way down the current view/web page (ensuring that all requests have been loaded up).

We should not be required to either scroll and/or page all the way down the current view/web page to get the Search to work the first time; that's the enhancement request.
