Sometimes using a squash merge vs commit merge the PR will remain in Open state

Sometimes when using a squash merge instead of a commit merge the PR will remain in Open state instead of being showing as merged, however all the changes would already be implemented pointing that the merge was actually completed and successful

Customer will not be able to change the status of the PR to merged in the UI.
