We lost files and changes and log commit don't show nothing.

We had a problem the last friday in this repository https://bitbucket.org/suraargentina/claim-center.git (branch develop) and We losted many files and changes into many files.

In this commit dd4cadbe04c267a4ce600f0e594331a99374a3c2 appear the files and changes for example there a file "configuration\gsrc\ar\com\sura\cc\util\activity\ActivityUtilSura.gs".

In the next commit 2f5a269855abecb45026de63492bc06719ce0fba those file disappeared and the merge 3f3a8bb59402c14fa7dec716f1d9f477fc4ec960 of the develop branch.

When I search the log commit, I don't find where the files were deleted and the person who did the merge didn't delete the files manually.

Could you check this case and told me what is the cause to warrant dont ocurre again.
