Bitbucket ignores baseUrl

I have bitbucket installed behind a proxy.

https -> http

Jira morks mostly, confluence good, and bitbucket has lot of bugs. i.e
These leed to http:// instead of https:/

• Bitbucket home "button"
• page login the same.
• Top right, "Notification" do not work either
• some .js laoded by the browser
