Deleting a repo that is linked to a Trello board breaks the integration. (BBCC-259)

If a user deletes a repository from Bitbucket that is linked to a board, currently the integration service doesn't seem to know the repo has been deleted. This then causes empty responses when trying to work with Trello boards when they are reaching out to Bitbucket.
