Sort tabs only work if you click on words, not highlighted area around them

At the top of the grid where your tickets are located, (i.e. "title", "T", "P") the onhover highlights the whole tab but if you want to actually sort by that tab you have to click on the word itself instead of being able to click in the highlighted area.

It sounds like a little thing but we've had discussions about if the sorting is broken or not because the uninitiated don't click on the actual word. (Also, it can sometimes be hard to hit the single letter links when you are in a hurry)
