Dashboard broken if user has repositories in the 'importing state'. (BBCDEV-8610)

Users with access to repos that are stuck on "Importing" state are facing "We ran into a minor glitch" once accessing https://bitbucket.org/dashboard/repositories.

Workaround:
Please contact Bitbucket Cloud support at https://getsupport.atlassian.com requesting them to fix this issue for you. The Support team can fix this issue on a case by case basis until a fix is deployed to our production environment.
