unable to upload 3.2GB zip file to "download" section in BB

I'm trying to upload 3.2GB file using "Download" section in bitbucket (https://bitbucket.org/cfgsk/cf/downloads/)\\
Each time after upload progress reaches 100% I get an error:
"We ran into a minor glitch..."

AFAIK (based on your documentation) there is no limitation on single file size but maybe it's not valid anymore.
