access control lists to include Groups of users (BB-53)

Finetune control of access per repository is one great reason to use Bitbucket.

I am curious as to whether the team has considered adding the ability to manage groups of users and setting repository access based upon group access in addition to user access.

Working in a setting where we create many repositories during active development, it would be a time saver to simply add access for a group of specified users, rather than adding each user individually every time.
