"Blurry/fuzzy" text display in merge window for Safari browser (version 11.02 only)

    Description

      Issue occurs for specific use case in Safari browser version 11.02 .

      In this case, there is a "blurry/fuzzy" effect on the text display for merge window that only occurs in Safari (version 11.02 only) on OS X 10.11.6 .

      Attached screenshots shows an example of comparison of text display of the same repository in Safari 11.02 and Safari 11.0 where the "blurry/fuzzy" effect shows in version 11.02 and not in version 11.0 .
