Scope issue on expanding @ mentions in comments

If use @ mentions in textarea (composing comments mode) of bitbucket review, then it suggests only teammates of current organization, which is expected. But if submit a comment containing not existing member name then it will expand to login mention though. So, using @param in text, will lead to appearing some strange names in comments.

According to support ticket, it appears not only in PR review.
