For Go language repo pull requests, the vendor directory should only populate if clicked.

In Go, vendor changes in broader pull requests can modify hundreds of files. This has an adverse effect on the UI performance, and readability of the pull request for the reviewer. I'd like to propose that in Go tagged repositories that the vendor directory is only populated in the pull request if the reviewer clicks to display the vendor changes.
