Repo Pull Time

Hello,

We have always experienced relatively slow transfer on Repo Pulls to our build server, {this is not a result of our own bandwidth].

However since the issues the other week our Repo pulls have gone from an exceptionally long 45 minutes for 300Mb to an appalling 134 minutes.
