Search for file by name

With the current search, you can search for a file extension with ext:. But I want to search for a file by name across all repositories. Like Dockerfile, which has no extension.

If I search for it with no qualifiers, it does not show the files with that name – just the files that contain the text Dockerfile.

How about a name: command, or just also include files with the name that matches the search term.
