Frequent "Invalid username and password" message

Hi there,

I'm using SourceTree and get the following message so frequently, even though I saved them in the program.
When the message shows up, I need to wait 10 min or some.
All of colleagues have same trouble.
I guess somebody using same public ip (211.48.51.34) input wrong id/password.
If bitbucket server blocks signing up for a while once somebody in the IP inputs wrong values, it must be totally problematic strategy.
Please let me know the solution.
