Push to Wiki fails to appear in Git Clone

I'm often editing my wiki remotely and then later upload my changes via git push.

For a couple of days this hasn't been working properly anymore. A push works and the content shows up in the wiki. The remote git repo however isn't updated. When fetching (or cloning) a little time later, the new commits have gone... (although the content is still visible in the wiki, including history)

• My last commit showing up in the repo is from 2018-01-18 (10c128a7)
• There are two commits not showing up: 9b810d65 and af534ae1
