Newly created repo doesn't show link like a regular repo

For basically all new repositories that I create, I just want the repo URL right away. I'd rather not have to select either "I have an existing project" or "I'm starting from scratch", then select the URL and copy it from the dropdown. I just want to get the URL straight away as with a regular (older) repo. A input box with the url, ready to click and copy easily.

Steps to reproduce:

• Create a new repository,
• Try to copy the repo URL,
• Get annoyed that it isn't as accesible as with your other (older) repos,
• Calm down
