gui glitch on Save repository settings

I have a free account. I have a private and a public repository. When editing repository settings for my public repository the checkbox "Private repository" is greyed out, since I have already used my one private repository allowed.

But after saving repository settings, the checkbox "Private repository" is not greyed out but clickable. Although it does not have an effect.

That is to say this bug is purely cosmetic.
