Support IAM roles for pipelines for AWS

Hi,

Currently pipeline needs access/secret keys for deployment/testing against AWS services. This is rather cumbersome and not nearly as secure as role based deployment.

Specifically, EC2 instances can be launched with privileged roles that grant access to other AWS products. Not sure how this can be supported without Issue BCLOUD-15674 but this would be really useful for us.
