Team member appears to have lost access to the repo after logging in through gmail

I have a team member with write access to one of our repositories. He has never had issues logging in until today when he attempted to login through google. When he logged in and went to the project it said he was not a part of any projects.

He restarted, tried in different browsers, incognito and no luck. He is able to commit fine, it just seems to be a browser thing

Are there any known issues with google login that could be causing this? Any other thoughts?
