Stuck on "Please wait a moment while we create your repository"

I attempted to create a repository (code_ref) earlier (on Mar 2 2018) when there were reported http issues with bitbucket.org. It may have been created incorrectly. Now, there are no longer http issues and I am able to create and access new repositories. however, when I now try to access this previously created "code_ref" repository, I am getting the message and am stuck at this stage.
