Creating repository hangs in a intermediate state

Hi

Last Friday, bitbucket had some technical issues.
At the same time I tried to create a repository called "cast-jenkins" for the "novartisnibr" user (https://bitbucket.org/novartisnibr/cast-jenkins), under the project called "cast".
Due these technical issues, the repo creation request timed out.

Now I wanted to try it again, but it seems like this repo already exists, but I cannot access it (getting access denied).

Could you please let me know if this repository could be fixed?
