"Inline" comments are not visible after commiter respond

I wrote a comment "inline" the code of a pull requests. Then the commiter answered my comment, and an email came to mail inbox with the title "Re: [Bitbucket] Pull request BCLOUD-12.. " and with the text in the body, and a link to the comment like this https://bitbucket.org/my-company/my-project/pull-requests/1234/name-of-the-pr#comment-1234568 , i open the link in my browser, but the is no such a comment, i can't see my comment nor the commiter answer, only PR comments (those that aren't inline comment) are visible.
