Pipelines schedule fails randomly with Java/HTTP error

I have about 20 repositories (public and private) with weekly pipelines execution scheduled at the same time: https://bitbucket.org/DataspeedInc/

The schedule fails to execute about half of the time with the following error:

an unknown error: 
retrofit2.adapter.rxjava.HttpException: 
HTTP 400 Bad Request (error key='result-
service.pipeline.yml-not-count')
