Pipelines list doesn't auto-update when navigating via breadcrumb

The Pipelines dashboard page does not update with new pipeline runs.

Steps to reproduce:

• Navigate to Pipelines in a repo.
• Click on a specific Pipeline run.
• Click on Pipelines link in the breadcrumbs to go to the list of pipeline runs.
• The list of pipelines runs does not show new pipelines, and still shows all runs as the same Status as before (ie In Progress, even though some have finished already).

Refreshing the page of course works around the problem, but is annoying.
