Snapshots received from other user size 0 x 0

I have had an issue with some, but not all, snapshots received from other users opening as size 0 x 0. The image continues to remain zero sized perpetually no matter how many times closed and reopened. But after restarting the viewer, the snapshots open normally.

This appears to be an issue with snapshots only and not other textures.
