No Project Setting for Branch Permissions

Per the documentation, it appears that I should be able to add Branch Permission from a project level.

However, when viewing my projects, I don't see any setting for this. Has this been removed?

I would like to update my projects to restrict write to the master branch without having to go into 40+ repositories individually.
