Error message appearing when cancelling an empty comment.

In the Pull Request page, when you set an empty comment and then click "cancel" before an API call is made, the following text will be shown as an error:

"<ul class="errorlist"><li>content<ul class="errorlist"><li>This field is required.</li></ul></li></ul>"
