The signed in user '***' is not assigned to a role for the application

I'm a Bitbucket user who would like to change the email associated with my account, as I am changing jobs. When I try to go to Atlassian to change my email, it won't let me log in, with the message:

I also can't sign in to request support. Any ideas?
