README parser doesn't support new lines in image urls, doesn't support img tags. Can't do proper uml charting

Issue #15990 new
George Mauer created an issue

When I try to put a new line in an image url it instead generates all subsequent text as a title attribute.

This preempts any attempt to use services like Gravizo to generate embedded images from plain-text readable and source controllable UML specs.

eg

![This won't work](https://g.gravizo.com/svg?
@startuml;

actor User;
participant "First Class" as A;
participant "Second Class" as B;
participant "Last Class" as C;

User -> A: DoWork;
activate A;

A -> B: Create Request;
activate B;

B -> C: DoWork;
activate C;

C --> B: WorkDone;
destroy C;

B --> A: Request Created;
deactivate B;

A --> User: Done;
deactivate A;

@enduml
)

The alternative of using an <img> tag is also not supported.

This effectively shuts down one of the most useful things you can do in README files
