Atlassian Community Single Sign On broken

    Description

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Windows 10.
      2. Firefox, 59.0.2.
      3. Go to: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Bitbucket-questions/Bitbucket-org-webhook-not-working-at-all-not-sending-requests/qaq-p/776864
      4. Click on Log in.

      Expected result:

      1. Be logged in.

      Actual result:

      1. Get redirected to: https://saml-aid.atlassian.com/simplesaml/saml2/idp/SSOService.php (and a huge hash after .php, in the URL)
      2. Get sent to: https://id.atlassian.com/openid/v2/op, which wants me to download a "op" file.
      3. op file contents:

I know the issue is not in the correct place, but I don&#x27;t know where to place it. It&#x27;s an Atlassian Cloud Single Sign On Issue. The Atlassian Community site should recognize my log in (I&#x27;m already logged in to Bitbucket, Jira and Confluence, all cloud) and it should automatically log me in or actually log me in correctly when I do it manually. 

I also don&#x27;t have "Assign" permission on any project here: https://jira.atlassian.com/projects/

In case you&#x27;re wondering how I am able to comment there, I have to go to Bitbucket -> Support -> Community every time, and in that case it somehow keeps the log in so I don&#x27;t have to log in again.
