Issues with cyrillic file names (downloads and source browser titles)

The names of files in the source browser as well as the names of downloaded files are displayed incorrectly (probably because they something other than the UTF-8 encoding). Not a big issue knowing that the use of non-Latin characters in file names is a bad practice but still it would be nice to see this fixed.
