Add shared Bitbucket Pipelines environment variables at the project level

Often repositories in the same project have similar requirements regarding Bitbucket Pipelines. For example environment variables may be shared across repositories in the same project.

Please add support for defining environment variables for Bitbucket Pipelines at the project level.
